Abstrak

The digital transformation era requires village governments to implement more efficient and accountable management systems, particularly in managing human resources. This community service program aimed to improve the performance of village officials in Rantau Mapesai Village through training on the use of Human Resource Management (HRM) applications. The training was conducted using participatory and practical approaches, involving 25 village officials. The results showed a significant improvement in participants’ competencies, with post-test scores increasing by 33% compared to pre-test scores. In addition, 90% of participants expressed satisfaction with the training program. This study concludes that HRM application training is effective in enhancing administrative performance, transparency, and accountability in village governance.
