Manuscript Submission

  1. Submission Portal: Manuscripts must be submitted through the Online Journal System (OJS) portal. Submissions via email will not be accepted.
  2. Article Template: Authors must use the provided [Article Template] for manuscript preparation. Submissions not adhering to the template will be returned.
  3. Originality Check: All submissions are subject to originality checks using Crossref™ Similarity Check powered by iThenticate and Turnitin.
  4. Ethical Compliance: Authors must ensure that their research complies with ethical standards, including obtaining necessary approvals for studies involving human or animal subjects.

 

Peer Review Process

  1. Initial Screening: The editorial team will initially screen submissions for relevance, originality, and compliance with journal guidelines.
  2. Double-Blind Review: Manuscripts that pass the initial screening will undergo a double-blind peer review process, where both reviewers and authors remain anonymous.
  3. Review Criteria: Reviewers will evaluate the manuscript based on its originality, significance, methodological rigor, clarity, and contribution to the field.
  4. Decision: Based on reviewers’ feedback, the editor will make a decision to accept, reject, or request revisions. Authors will receive detailed feedback to guide any necessary revisions.

 

Publication Ethics

  1. Authorship: All authors listed on the manuscript should have made significant contributions to the research. Authors are required to disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
  2. Plagiarism: Plagiarism in any form is unacceptable. Manuscripts found to contain significant plagiarism will be rejected.
  3. Data Integrity: Authors must ensure the accuracy of their data and be prepared to provide raw data if requested. Falsification or fabrication of data is strictly prohibited.
  4. Confidentiality: Editors and reviewers must maintain the confidentiality of submitted manuscripts and not disclose any information to third parties.
  5. Corrections and Retractions: If errors or misconduct are discovered post-publication, the journal will issue corrections or retractions as necessary.
  6. Copyright Transfer: Upon acceptance, authors must complete a copyright transfer agreement, transferring the copyright of the manuscript to JIAGANIS
  7. Author Rights: Authors retain the right to use their work for personal, educational, and future research purposes, provided proper citation is given to the original publication in JIAGANIS
  8. Open Access: JIAGANIS is an open-access journal, providing immediate and free access to its content to promote wider dissemination of research.
