Abstrak

Service is one of the important aspects and is considered a key to success in all businesses and activities that are service-oriented. There are several types of services provided by both public and private organizations, one of which is the service offered by government institutions. The quality of public service, which has not yet met public expectations in terms of satisfaction, is reflected in the low level of public satisfaction, as evidenced by numerous complaints against public service providers. Therefore, through this research, the author aims to provide an overview of the implementation of public services in the field of population administration. The research is conducted at the Lubuk Batu Jaya District Office in Indragiri Hulu Regency.
