The purpose of this research is to find out about the Analysis of Employee Performance Accountability in the Provision of Public Services at the Harapan Tani Village Head Office, Kempas District in 2024 and to find out what are the obstacles in the Implementation of Employee Performance Accountability in the Provision of Public Services at the Harapan Tani Village Head Office. The analytical method used in this research is a qualitative method. Data collection methods are carried out by
observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants in this study totaled 20 people. Based on the results of the research conducted by the author, it can be concluded that the Harapan Tani Village Office, Kempas District, Indragiri Hilir
Regency has implemented a performance accountability system in accordance with the accountability mechanism that is quite good to the community where all services of the Harapan Tani Village Office are based on the Technical Service Standards in
the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 25 of 2009. There are still several obstacles, namely the lack of public understanding of existing procedures, inadequate facilities, the large number of employees from outside the area making it difficult for
employees to arrive on time according to working hours, and the lack of employee understanding of the responsibilities of the obligations carried out.
