The enhancement of human resource (HR) competencies in rural areas is a crucial factor in supporting development and public services. This study aims to improve digital literacy and the ability to utilize information technology among village officials, MSME actors, youth, and housewives in Tanjung Danau Village. The method used is the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach through a three-day training program covering digital literacy, digital security, the use of village applications, and digital marketing for MSMEs. Evaluation was carried out using pre test, post-test, and participant satisfaction questionnaires. The pre-test results showed an average participant understanding of 48%, with digital security being the lowest aspect (40%). After the training, the average post-test score increased to 82%, with the most significant improvements in the use of village applications (+42%) and digital marketing for MSMEs (+38%). The questionnaire results revealed that 90% of participants found the activity beneficial, and 85% were ready to apply the newly acquired skills.
