PENGENALAN E-LEARNING DAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN DIGITAL BAGI GURU SMK N 1 RENGAT

The rapid development of information and communication technology (ICT) has significantly influenced the field of education. One of the major transformations is the integration of e-learning and digital learning media in teaching and learning activities. However, many teachers, especially at the vocational school level, still face challenges in optimizing these technologies due to limited digital literacy skills and lack of systematic training. This community service program aims to introduce e-learning concepts and digital learning media to teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Rengat. The training was conducted through participatory and practical approaches, involving workshops, hands-on activities, and group discussions. The results show that the program successfully increased teachers’ competencies in using digital media and learning management systems, with a 38% improvement from pre-test to post-test. Furthermore, participants expressed high satisfaction with the program, as 88% stated that the training was very beneficial. This program highlights the importance of continuous teacher professional development in facing the demands of digital education in the 21st century.
