The development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has become a crucial factor in enhancing the efficiency, transparency, and accountability of village administration. However, many rural villages still face challenges in utilizing ICT due to limited human resources and infrastructure. This community service program was implemented in Pasir Batu Mandi Village, Indragiri Hulu Regency, aiming to introduce ICT and improve the skills of village officials. The participants numbered 25, consisting of the village head, secretary, and administrative staff. The methods used included training, mentoring, and hands-on practice with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), the internet, and the introduction of Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Evaluation results showed a significant improvement, with the average pre-test score of 42% increasing to 85% in the post-test. These findings demonstrate that structured ICT training can enhance the capacity of village administration and support digital transformation at the village government level.
