Village websites are a strategic medium for supporting information transparency, promoting local potential, and improving digital-based public services. However, many villages in Indonesia still have websites but their management is not optimal due to limited human resources, low digital literacy, and a lack of technical skills. This community service program was implemented in Sikucur Village, involving 30 young men and women as participants. This activity aims to improve village website management skills, starting from content management, display optimization, basic security, and utilizing social media as a promotional channel. The method used was Participatory Action Research (PAR), which emphasizes active participant participation through the stages of needs analysis, planning, training, practice, mentoring, and evaluation. Evaluation was conducted using pre- and post-tests. The results showed a significant increase in participant skills, with an average pre-test score of 40% increasing to 87% in the post-test. The largest increase occurred in website design (+47%), followed by content management (+46%) and social media integration (+46%). These findings demonstrate that structured training and mentoring can improve the ability of young people to optimize village websites. Going forward, the program's sustainability can be directed at establishing an official village website management team, integrating it with the village information system, and increasing digital security capacity to support technology-based village governance.
