Abstract

Employee performance at the Rantau Mapesai Village Office, Rengat District, Indragiri Hulu Regency has increased and decreased, this is inseparable from the existing individual competencies. Competence has decreased because there are still employees who have a high school education level. This research was conducted at the Rantau Mapesai Village Office, Rengat District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. With the aim of the research is to determine the effect of individual competencies on employee performance at the Rantau Mapesai Village Office, Rengat District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The research was conducted using quantitative methods. With the data used is primary data. The population in this study is all employees at the Rantau Mapesai Village Office, Rengat District, Indragiri Hulu Regency in 2024, totaling 34 people. With a sample size of 34 people. The method used to analyze the data is a quantitative method, namely path analysis, path correlation coefficient and determination, F test (model feasibility test) and t test. Based on the research results, several conclusions were drawn as follows: Individual competence influences employee performance at the Rantau Mapesai Village Office, Rengat District, Indragiri Hulu Regency.
