The population in this study were all customers of CV. Belilas Motorindo Mandiri who made purchases in 2021-2023, totaling 924 people. And the sample in this study used the Slovin formula and obtained a sample size of 90 people. The results of testing the hypothesis showed that the effect of promotion and product quality on consumer loyalty. The results of the coefficient of determination obtained a value of R2 = 0, meaning that this shows that Promotion (X1), and Product Quality (X2) together contribute to Consumer Loyalty by 45.3%, and the rest (54.7%) is influenced by other factors
