Abstract

This study aims to determine the Marketing Strategy of Cakes at Rotte Bakery, Belilas Branch, Seberida District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. This study uses a qualitative method. The informants in this study were all employees of Rotte Bakery, Belilas Branch, Seberida District and several consumers of Rotte Bakery, Belilas Branch, Seberida District. The results of the study are that the marketing strategy used by Rotte Bakery has been carried out quite well, including by creating products with various shapes and flavors, providing cheap and affordable selling prices, proper and strategic distribution and quite attractive promotions with bonuses for buying Rotte Bakery bread. The strategy used can provide positive results on the company's opportunity factor, this proves that the development of the Rotte Bakery Belilas Branch bread business is quite good.
