Abstrak

ShopeepPay is one of the most popular digital wallet service applications used by digital wallet users in Indonesia. The problem raised in this study is, does the perception of ease of use affect the trust of users in Jambi City who use the ShopeePay e-wallet service, whether the perceived usefulness affects the trust of users in Jambi City who use the ShopeePay e-wallet service, whether trust affects the behavioral intentions of users in Jambi City. Jambi City that uses the ShopeePay e-wallet service, how is the user acceptance of the ShopeePay e-wallet service in Jambi City. The hypothesis proposed is that perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness affect trust, and trust affects behavioral intentions. The method used is the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This method aims to measure user acceptance of the application. The variables used in this study are perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and trust as independent variables and behavioral intention as the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that the variable that influences behavioral intention is the variable of trust. If user trust is increased, it will increase along with user behavioral intentions in using the ShopeePay application. So it can be concluded that the ShopeePay e-wallet service has been well received by its users
